Continue on CA-99 to Fresno

Take US-101 north to CA-41
Take CA-41 north to Oakhurst
In Oakhurst, Comfort Inn will be on right

From Las Vegas take I-15 West to I-395
Take US-395 North
At Lee Vining, turn left (west) onto CA-120
Cross Tioga Pass (fee required)
At Crane Flat, turn left onto the Big Oak Flat Road (CA-120 West) toward Yosemite Valley
When road T's, turn left into Yosemite Valley
Turn left onto CA-41
Exit Yosemite National Park and continue to Oakhurst.
In Oakhurst, Comfort Inn Oakhurst will be ahead on the left

Take I-15 West to Barstow
At Barstow take CA-40 Northwest to CA-58
Take CA-58 North to Bakersfield
At Bakersfield take CA-99 North to Fresno
At Fresno , take CA-41 North to Oakhurst
